How long does it take to build a 2,000 sqft home?
Typically 10–14 months from foundation to handover for a G+1 residential structure of 2,000 sqft, depending on design complexity, number of floors, and interior package chosen.
Do your packages include approval costs and architect fees?
Our packages cover construction costs per sqft. Government approval fees, BBMP/BDA plan sanction charges, and legal document costs are charged separately and itemised in your BOQ before signing.
Can I make design changes after construction begins?
Yes, but changes after foundation stage go through a formal change order process with cost and timeline implications clearly communicated before any work is modified. We never make changes without your written sign-off.
Do you handle construction outside Bengaluru?
Yes. We have active projects across Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, and Maharashtra. For projects outside our core operating zones, mobilisation charges may apply and are communicated upfront.
What does the 10-year structural warranty cover?
Our Luxury package warranty covers structural defects — cracks in columns, beams, slabs, and load-bearing walls. It does not cover cosmetic wear, seepage caused by tenant modifications, or acts of nature. Full warranty terms are included in the contract.
Can I supply my own materials?
Client-supplied materials are accepted with prior agreement. However, materials must meet our quality specifications, and we cannot extend warranty coverage to sections built using client-supplied materials that don't meet IS standards.
